Russell County Speeding and Reckless Driving Lawyer

Many drivers receive speeding and reckless driving tickets from Virginia State Police as they drive along U.S. Route 19, a north-south highway that stretches from Lake Erie to the Gulf of Mexico. Route 19 cuts through Russell County, a mostly rural county in southwestern Virginia and is the county’s chief highway. The portion of Route 19 that is in Russell County has construction zones and other stretches where the speed limit drops that can ensnare an unwary driver.
