I am from North Carolina and I got a ticket in this county. I was nervous, scared, and confused since I had never gotten a ticket before and didn’t know the best option. I got a speeding ticket, that if not resolved, would have resulted in points, possibly suspension of my license in the state of North Carolina, and a higher insurance rate. I’m sure she could hear the worry and stress in my voice and she was able to calm me down, explain the process, and how their firm could help me. I decided to go with their services and they informed me after the court date of the result and helped eliminate the speeding charge. Since they reduced my ticket, I suffered no repercussions on my end other than the court fees. I want to thank the law offices of Mark T. Hurt for helping me with my situation. Michael, one of the traffic specialists was extremely helpful and understanding of my situation.  He answered all of my questions and spent a great deal of time listening and explaining the details of what I needed to have ready for court.  The majority of my interactions were with Michael, which were great, however, a few times I spoke with a few other people at their office, and they were all very polite and pleasant to speak with.  Everyone guided me in the right direction and in the end result, the result was much better than I expected.
