I am from North Carolina and I got a ticket in this county. I was nervous, scared, and confused since I had never gotten a ticket before and didn’t know the best option. I got a speeding ticket, that if not resolved, would have resulted in points, possibly suspension of my license in the state of North Carolina, and a higher insurance rate. I called and Frankie, the receptionist, was kind, informative, and patient. I’m sure she could hear the worry and stress in my voice and she was able to calm me down, explain the process, and how their firm could help me. I decided to go with their services and they informed me after the court date of the result and helped eliminate the speeding charge. Since they reduced my ticket, I suffered no repercussions on my end other than the court fees. I would recommend this firm to anyone in state or out if you need representation in court!
