We offer affordable fixed-fee representation for traffic, speeding, and reckless driving tickets, so that you’ll know at the outset exactly how much our fees will be for your case. A fixed fee applies even if your case goes to trial.

We accept personal injury, workers’ compensation, and social security disability cases on a contingency fee basis (no fee unless compensation is recovered). Additionally, for personal injury matters, we advance all litigation costs and expenses while a case is ongoing so that injured victims can put their energy and resources towards regaining their health (these expenses are typically repaid out of settlements or jury awards).
For social security disability and worker’s compensation cases, our fee is set by law. For instance, for workers’ compensation representation, our fee in most cases is equal to 25% of the back pay (the payment that is due at the time an award is approved) up to a maximum of approximately $9,200. (There is no fee for future social security disability payments that do not become due until after the initial award is made).
Contingency fee representation thus allows anyone – even those with modest means – to retain an experienced, dedicated lawyer for their case without any risk of having to pay legal fees out of their pocket if their case is not successful.
